Login to your account using the account page (if this is your first order with us you should have received a password when you placed your order by email). Select your order which should say one of the following status messages:
Paid - you have successfully paid for your order. Next we need your artwork to print.
Artwork Received - you have uploaded your artwork and print production will be downloading your artwork soon.
In Design - if you have added our design service to your order our designers will be designing your artwork.
Action Required - we are waiting for a response regarding your order. There should be a note describing our query and an email will be sent to your account email address.
Processing Order - your artwork has moved into production. The artwork will have been sent to the plating machine, it could be printed or waiting for to be dispatched.
Ready To Dispatch - your order has been packed and should be dispatch the same day.
Dispatched - your print has been dispatched by courier.
In the menu above there is a link to a Bespoke Quotes form so that you can enter your print specification.
During the same working day of requesting your bespoke quote we will send an email reply with a price. Along with this price you will be given a number which you can enter into the bottom of the bespoke quotes form and order your special order print.
As our quotes form gives you a fixed price and an order reference for you to order your print you will find it quicker than emailing or calling our team.
